Are you a journal keeper, vision boarder, or quilter? Would you like to be more introspective, expressive, or mindful in 2018? Join us and Rochelle Calvert, Ph.D., B.C.B.A.-D, and founder of New Mindful Life (, as we use guided meditation and clay to reflect at the end of the month. We’ll offer prompts to help you process your thoughts creatively and techniques for making your piece. Your clay reflection piece can stand alone, marking one particular point in your life, or you can combine multiple months in a wall hanging that beautifully captures a longer moment in time.  Ages 18+.
