Using Your Mud Lily Gift Certificate
Here’s what you need to know to enjoy the gift certificate you received for a fun pottery workshop at Mud Lily. We can’t wait to have you join us!
What can I use my gift certificate for? Depending on the gift certificate you’ve received, it may be used for a one-time workshop for you or it may be a date night workshop, which is for you and another person of your choosing. Gift certificates may not be used for classes, independent studio time, retail purchases, private events, etc.
Everything’s full! Now what? If you don’t see any open workshop spots, fear not! We add new workshop dates to our schedule on a regular basis, about 60 days in advance. Workshops do fill up, but not immediately—so be sure to check back for new events and openings.
Can I get on a waitlist? Yes. We offer waitlists for all event dates. Click here to add your name to the waitlist for a sold out event that you are interested in. Be sure to indicate that you will be using a gift certificate to book an opening. If a spot does open up, everybody on the waitlist receives an email and the first person to complete their booking secures the spot—be sure to sign up for waitlists using an email address that you check regularly!
What else do I need to know? Before using your gift certificate, please be sure to read and understand the cancellation policies and timelines before you agree to them and complete your booking. We are unable to make exceptions to our policies and we appreciate your support!
